Do we own the website — the content, photos, design?
Yes, completely. The design, the code, your photos — everything. Built to be yours, not licensed to you.
Is the domain in our name?
Yes — your domain, registered in your name, not ours. The preview lives on our address only so you can see the real thing before deciding; going live is a quick change we walk you through.
Do we get full access?
It’s yours — a full copy of the code, any time you want it.
Can it be transferred if we ever leave?
Anytime. It’s your code — take it and host it anywhere. No lock-in.
After it’s live
Can we update menus, photos and hours ourselves?
There’s no dashboard to learn — email or message what you want changed and we make it, usually same day, free for normal changes. Most owners prefer that to fighting a CMS.
Is Google included?
Yes — technical SEO (structured data, speed, mobile) is part of the build, with clear guidance for your Google Business profile, and the site is written so AI search tools can read it and recommend you.
What about security and backups?
Modern infrastructure with SSL and automatic version history — not the vulnerable plugin stack most small-business sites run on.
